My brother and I are building a portfolio of stable businesses. We started with Festlastbiler and expanded with the acquisition of Sorø Sø Campground. Our ambition is to build a portfolio of businesses that complement each other through seasonality, operations, and shared value creation.
Upteko specializes in advanced drone solutions for the maritime and wind energy sectors. Mads co-founded the company in 2018, grew it to over 30 employees, secured more than 35 million DKK in funding, and launched innovative drone products to market.
We acquired Sorø Sø Camping in February 2026. It is a beautiful campsite located in the heart of Zealand, offering a unique combination of nature, relaxation, and easy access to the town of Sorø. With its attractive setting and strong potential, the campsite is an exciting addition to our portfolio.
Creative Sight specializes in drone inspections for district heating plants, airports, offshore oil rigs, and wind farms. Founded in 2010, Mads joined as a Partner and co-owner in 2018. In 2024, we merged with WeFly and became Denmark’s largest drone inspection provider.
Festlastbiler.dk provides party trucks for Danish students celebrating their Gymnasium graduation. With over 10 years of history, it is the largest supplier of party trucks on Sjælland. We acquired the company in 2024, and it marked our entry into the student graduation industry.
WeFly is Denmark’s largest provider of drone inspection services. WeFly delivers reliable and efficient inspection services that help clients optimize operations and ensure safety. As a leader in the field, WeFly is setting new standards for drone inspections.
